Brandon showed me the areas that would possibly present problems and all the areas that needed to be repaired prior to my purchasing the home. Extremely thorough analysis. This home inspector was very accommodating to our schedule on buying a house. He was very personable with me and with the sellers, as indicated by having some insights only the previous owners would know. The report was formatted in a clear and concise manner and available the next day. He was also flexible for a follow up visit with me several days later to discuss the findings in person. If you are looking for a quality and thorough home inspection in Huntsville, Brandon is your man. He performed an inspection on our home before we sold it, to point out any potential issues that might arise in the sale process. Then, after our home sold, I got to witness "the competition" perform their inspection. There was honestly no comparison. The "other guy" clearly was just trying to get it done as quickly as possible to get on to their next inspection. Meanwhile, Brandon's inspection report was twice as detailed and much more helpful both from a buyer and seller perspective.
